Dukers DCF4-NG Description

Compact and gas-powered, the Dukers DCF4-NG gas fryer features a 50 pounds oil capacity and four cast iron tube burners that generate 120,000 BTUs. Designed for breaded food applications, it keeps oil between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Its tube-style frypot includes a forward-sloping bottom to collect sediment and protect oil clarity between batch cycles.

Built for dependable operation, The Dukers DCF4-NG gas fryer features a millivolt control system and a responsive temperature probe that reacts to fluctuations. Mounted on four casters, the cabinet base has a right-hinged door and houses one frypot with two twin baskets. All frypot and cold zone surfaces are fully accessible by hand for quick maintenance.
