The Dukers DCCM36 cheese melter provides a concentrated infrared heat source ideal for browning, finishing, or melting cheese on plated dishes. With a 36-inch-wide design and gas-powered ceramic infrared burners, it produces up to 35,000 BTUs to handle consistent demand in prep and finishing stations. The unit includes a manual control and standing pilot for immediate flame activation.
A removable broiler rack slides out to ease loading, while the crumb tray and stainless steel surfaces simplify cleaning during busy shifts. The Dukers DCCM36 cheese melter can be wall mounted to save counter space and operates with natural or LP gas. Its insulated body retains heat effectively, and the broiler grid lifts out fully to support sanitation efforts.
