Radiant heating across four burners allows the Dukers DCCB48 to deliver fast, even heat recovery for nonstop grilling performance. With a total output of 140,000 BTUs, this 48-inch countertop unit supports zone cooking with independent burner controls. Cast iron grates provide high heat retention for effective searing and consistent results throughout busy service windows.
Designed for repeated daily use in demanding kitchens, the Dukers DCCB48 gas charbroiler features a stainless steel body with double-wall insulation for durability and temperature stability. A full-width crumb tray streamlines cleaning, and the cast iron waste drain removes grease quickly. The unit includes a conversion kit for LP use and stands on adjustable legs with nonskid feet for secure placement.
