Master-Bilt MSF-71AN Description
The Master-Bilt MSF-71A flat-lid display freezer comes equipped with five hanging wire baskets that can be used to sort and display all kinds of packaged frozen foods, from novelty ice cream to vegetables. Contents are made visible to customers thanks to the tempered glass sliding lids and LED interior lights, which can be turned off when your business is closed to help conserve energy. The lids are built with thin door frames that do not obscure the visibility of the unit's contents.
The exterior of the Master-Bilt MSF-71A flat-lid display freezer is made of a white enamel-coated steel, designed to create an attractive cabinet that is resistant to damage and easy to keep clean. The interior of the unit is made with white powder-coated steel. A drain in the bottom of the freezer makes it easy to periodically wash the equipment clean. An external thermometer helps users keep an eye on the interior temperatures of this Master-Bilt display freezer. Those temperatures can be adjusted between -18 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to a control panel that is discreetly mounted to prevent tampering. The freezer's lid locks to secure the contents from unauthorized use.

I would buy this over and over again
I just bought this master -Bilt ice cream freezer for my ice cream stand in Swanton, Vermont! It is perfect! We offer 25 different flavors of hard ice cream! My only regret is I wish I ordered two freezer instead of just one! Shipping and delivery did take about 10-14 days but worth the wait and when I called to inquire about my delivery they were great with telling me when it would be delivered!! The only thing I do wish is that they would help unload it and set it up! It was hard for me to do this alone but "girl power" got it done!!

I would certainly buy this again if the need arose
We love several features of this freezer. The glass lids allow us to quickly view which items are in the freezer and the sliding glass allows us to easily retrieve them. The baskets are large and slide from side to side smoothly. They contain our foods such that we don't have to root around inside it to find what we are wanting to retrieve. The light feature is simply adorable. Our only criticism is that it was damaged in delivery and we are finding it frustrating and difficult to receive compensation. We have contacted Ka Tom on six different occasions without satisfaction. I cannot understand the delay in processing our claim. Each hiccup has to be identified by me and requires me to contact the company again. I would have expected follow up if they are missing some item that they need without having to contact them to find out why nothing is happening and why I wasn't informed that it was missing.

Durable, lightweight, reliable
I have three of these freezers; they're in a trailer and take a lot of abuse. They constantly being plugged on and off, and banged around, but keep on going. They are relatively quiet too.
