This 43-inch-wide unit uses cold-wall refrigeration and a galvanized steel inner liner to deliver uniform cooling within a durable, insulated cabinet. The exterior is finished in white painted galvanized steel, while the seamless 20-gauge stainless steel top includes anti-condensate heaters to minimize moisture buildup during service.
The Master-Bilt FLR-60 topping unit operates within a temperature range of 10 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a self-contained, slide-out refrigeration system using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Hinged stainless steel flip lids with replaceable gaskets help retain cold air, and leveling legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. A floor drain with a garden hose fitting supports routine cleaning. This model ships without jars or pumps, offering a customizable setup for ice cream and dessert stations.
