The Master-Bilt DC-4SSE ice cream storage and dipping cabinet has a stainless exterior that is easy to clean, while the galvanized steel cabinet and interior are durable for heavy duty use. Cleaning out the unit is easy with a floor drain that has a garden hose fitting. Heaters under the stainless top cap prevent condensation from forming. The entire cabinet is insulated with 2¹⁄₄ inches of foamed in place urethane to keep cold air inside the cabinet. The gaskets on the stainless steel lids keep cold air from escaping the cabinet. The self-contained refrigeration helps maintain even temperatures between -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The Master-Bilt DC-4SSE ice cream storage and dipping cabinet has leveling legs that help with uneven flooring.
