Dynamic E001 Description
The Dynamic E001 salad spinner is intended to protect customers from foodborne illnesses that can be spread through unwashed produce. After lettuce is washed, it properly dries lettuce, promoting a high level of food safety without making salads soggy. Holding four heads of lettuce at a time, it has a countertop design and operates manually with a hand crank. This salad spinner measures 13 inches in diameter by 18 inches high.

Plastic gears don't hold up.
The spinner is easy to use and does a great job of drying the lettuce. My only complaint is the plastic gears strip out where the metal pin secures the gears. We have had to reorder parts several times to keep it up and running.
