Dynamic E004 Description
The 5-gallon capacity in the Dynamic E004 manual salad spinner provides space for six to eight heads of lettuce. After washed lettuce is placed in the spinner, the operator can turn the handle to apply the centrifugal force that removes water from the leaves. Without water on the leaves, salad dressings will stick to the leaves without dilution.
