Dynamic E002 Description
With its 5-gallon capacity, the Dynamic E002 manual salad spinner accommodates six to eight heads of lettuce. After it's washed, lettuce can be placed in the spinner for drying. When the handle is turned, centrifugal force is applied, forcing water to separate from the lettuce. Without water on the lettuce, salad dressings will stick to the leaves without diluting them.

Working well
Second time buying this spinner. Works great new, but after some time I know gears will wear and I'll need a new one. To bad there's a lot of plastic parts, but will enjoy for time being. Also, took a long to to receive item.
Damaged gears
The spinner cannot handle 3 heads of lettuce nevermind 5 without causing damage to the gears. I currently have 6 in my supply warehouse that are useless to our business because the gears in the lid have been damaged beyond repair.
Works well
I find it hard to believe that this will dry 5 heads of lettuce. I put in 21/2 pounds of leaf lettuce and could not get it completly dry (had to remove some) and it is also hard to hold on to when spinning. Needs handles. Otherwise it did do a good job.
