Its 21-inch-long shaft provides an extended reach designed for mixing batches in large kettles and deep pots. For toughness and length of life, the blade is plated with titanium, and a continuous operation switch enables the blender to keep mixing at the same rate it's set at to ensure uniform product consistency.
