Operating at a single speed of 9,500 RPM, the Dynamic MX008.1 mini hand mixer can mix and chop as much as 2 gallons of product at once. Its lightweight design fits comfortably in an employee's hand, making it simple to control and maneuver. To ensure the mixer is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion, its 6¹/₂-inch shaft is made of stainless steel.

The Dynamic MX008.1 immersion blender measures 17¹³/₂₅ inches long by 3 inches wide and has a 2¹/₅-inch-diameter bell. Its emulsifying blade is titanium plated for additional strength, and to ensure it stays in place, it's non-detachable. This unit is equipped with a safety switch to reduce the risk of injuries and other accidents.
