Weston 65-0101 Description
The Weston 65-0101 PRO-2100 vacuum sealer is used in food preservation and sous vide cooking. To remove air content and prevent moisture from entering the bags during immersion cooking, it tightly seals bags of packaged food. Increasing the machine's usefulness, this sealer has a 15-inch seal bar that enables it to handle large bags. With its one-touch seal mode, it works automatically so users can focus on other food preparation tasks. The power cord can be removed for simple and efficient storage.

outstanding Product
We have always had a different product in our home to preserve food . The problem was the other product never held up to our demands . The Vacuum Machine we just bought is very heavy , durable and has a two year warranty unlike other we have had .
