The Detecto 420-600 digital scale can be used to weigh recipe ingredients, herbs, coffee, tea, or jewelry. It displays results in eight different units of measure and displays the numbers on an LCD display with a blue backlight for clarity. To withstand high-volume use in fast-paced settings, it features a durable polycarbonate body and corrosion-resistant stainless steel tray. This unit operates in temperatures from 50 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit and can be stored in temperatures from 50 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, it measures 8 3⁄5 inches wide by 11 1⁄2 inches deep by 3 1⁄5 inches high.
