Carlisle XT180003 Description
Great for catering large events, the Carlisle XT180003 Cateraide™ Slide 'N Seal™ food pan carrier has a 24-quart capacity and holds 8-inch-deep hotel pans. These pans can be loaded in through the top, and the lid slides in and out conveniently without gaskets or latches. A tag slot is integrated into the material so users can lock the unit with a padlock or zip ties. Because it is self-venting, the lid enables steam to be released and prevents food from getting too soggy.
