The Carlisle TC1826N03 food carrier is made for catering work, enabling staff to transport hot or cold trays or sheet pans of food from a restaurant's kitchen to a remote serving location. Its polyurethane insulation preserves food temperature and can hold products as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This carrier is constructed of polyethylene with resilient, molded-in handles for carrying.
