Carlisle PC600N01 Description
The Carlisle PC600N01 food carrier is made of stain- and scratch-resistant polyethylene that withstands temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It opens on each end to streamline product loading and retrieval, and it's built with individual tracks that accommodate a wide combination of food pan sizes. To prevent warm air from escaping the cabinet, the unit is built with insulation, and it comes with molded-in handles that simplify maneuvering during transport.
Great for use in a catering hall or banquet room, the Carlisle PC600N01 insulated food carrier is mobilized with four non-marking casters, one of which brakes to secure it in place. An automatic self-venting system is built without any unsanitary vent openings, ensuring product doesn't become soggy in storage. This unit measures 24 1⁄2 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 49 3⁄4 inches high overall.
