Holding as much as 10 3⁄10 quarts of product, the Carlisle 607126 DuraPan™ half-size steam pan is 10 3⁄8 inches wide by 12 3⁄4 inches deep by 6 inches high. It’s made of 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel to endure chips and scratches from serving spoons and damage from high-heat foods. Designed to fit into a buffet table, it has reinforced corners for stability throughout use. After being cleaned in a dishwasher, it can be stacked on top of similarly sized pans for efficient storage.
