The Carlisle 607002 DuraPan™ full-size steam pan is designed to not jam while stacked, making it storable when not being used. Durable for repeated use, this pan is made of 18/8 stainless steel with reinforced corners that won't bend. Suitable for salads, fried chicken, or burgers, this pan can hold 8 4⁄5 quarts of product.

I love this food pan. We have used it several times since receiving it. This depth of this size is perfect for foods that need ice. I suggest the deeper pans for hot foods. We needed it for potato salad so this is perfect for us. 5 stars all the way
