The Carlisle 607001 DuraPan® steam table pan has a full-size configuration with a capacity of 4 1⁄5 quarts. It's constructed of durable stainless steel, which supports heavy use and resists corrosion. This material is easy to clean, and the rounded bottom ensures all product can be removed. The corners are reinforced to maintain their shape under heavy loads. To prevent sticking with other pans, this unit is stackable with an anti-jam design.
