The Carlisle 4356025 Dallas Ware® oval platter’s tan melamine construction fits into different design schemes and can endure indoor or outdoor use in temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit. While this platter is dishwasher safe, it could peel and chip in the microwave. A reinforced rim and foot strengthen the insulated dish, so food remains at ideal serving temperatures.

Love these platters!
We use these a lot for sandwiches and chips, or a bowl of soup and a sandwich. So actually we're using them as plates rather than platters, but these are versatile and will probably work in whatever way your imagination suggests!

The melamine construction resists drawing heat or cold away from food.
It is safe for temperatures up to 212°F.
