The Carlisle 432406 Measure Miser® portion server has a long handle with a thumb grip to make it easy to grab. A notch on the end of the handle lets the server rest on pans. The capacity, 2 ounces, is printed on the handle in red. The Carlisle 432406 Measure Miser portion server is made of polycarbonate for break and chip resistance. With its flat bottom, sauces are easy to spread.
