Carlisle 4039402 Description
To simplify cleaning, the Carlisle 4039402 Sparta® Galaxy™ round pastry brush has a plastic handle that is constructed of one piece. This handle also includes a hole, which lets users hang the brush for sanitary storage when it's not in use. So bacteria doesn’t form and potentially contaminate food, the nylon bristles are heat resistant and epoxy coated. It has a chisel-point trim ideal for spreading frosting and other garnishes on pastries.
