"I thought this was a two piece spatula because there were handles and paddles sold separately for replacement parts. I have not used it yet but it looks like it will do most of what I want when cleaning out a honey extractor. I was hoping it was a two piece so I could use the paddle separate from the handle. There are times it would be good to be able to use the paddle alone."
