The Carlisle 3068907 StorPlus™ drain grate is placed inside food pans to keep product from becoming soggy. It is ideal for frozen or chilled storage, as well as moderate heat applications. The grate is made of durable polycarbonate and will not be damaged by oils and acids from food.
