The Carlisle 3068507 StorPlus™ sixth-size food pan has a 2 1⁄2-quart capacity and graduation markings to make inventory simple. Since the pan is a sixth-size, it can be used in prep tables and other chilled areas to hold toppings. Made of polycarbonate, this dish is heavy duty and resistant to scratches and dents. The exterior of the Carlisle 3068507 StorPlus sixth-size food pan is textured to reduce the appearance of scratches. Its corners help prevent cracking and chipping.
