This Carlisle 10490U13 StorPlus™ universal solid pan lid has no openings or perforations to let heat or moisture escape; its handle is molded in, preventing it from loosening over time. Suitable for use with fourth-size food pans, the lid is 10 3⁄8 inches by 6 3⁄8 inches, and its translucent amber appearance helps users view stored product without opening the lid. Compatible with high-heat applications, this lid withstands exposure to temperatures from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
