The Carlisle 10401B03 StorPlus™ high-heat food pan's full-size configuration and 4-inch depth provide the capacity to hold 12 7⁄10 quarts. It's made of polyether sulfate—a durable material that withstands extremely high and low temperatures to support cold storage and high-heat applications. It can support heavy-duty use with its chip-resistant, reinforced top and bottom corners and textured exterior finish that hides wear and tear. Unlike the outside, the interior finish is smooth with a spoonable bottom and rounded corners; this streamlines product removal and cleanup. This pan can be cleaned in dishwashers and is stackable to save valuable space in storage.
