The Carlisle 10270U07 StorPlus™ universal lid fits one-third-size food pans from almost any major brand. Made of chip-resistant polycarbonate, the lid can endure constant use and reveals the covered product. Oils and acids will not stain or warp the lid, and it can be used in temperatures ranging from -40 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. A built-in peg hole enables the lid to hang for storage.
