The Carlisle 10203B07 StorPlus™ full-size pan is a versatile storage solution for foods that are kept in low-to-mid temperatures. Its outer walls are textured to reduce scratches, while its interior surfaces are smooth to facilitate cleanup. Rounded corners leave room for users to scrape all food out of the pan and maximize profits while reducing waste. Made of polycarbonate, the pan can endure low temperatures, acidic foods, and moderate drops without sustaining damage. Capacity indicators are molded into the pan's sides to help users keep track of food quantities.
