Eurodib LM30T Description
The Eurodib LM30T dough kneader is constructed as a spiral mixer that circulates its dough hook along its attached bowl, pushing everything towards the middle and mixing every inch of the held dough to ensure an even mix. It facilitates this design with its belt driven motor, which allows its mixing element to hit a speed of 185 rotations per minute. To protect internal components, its body is made of cast iron and painted gray to match most established kitchen themes. In case of emergencies, it comes equipped with an emergency shut off switch on the unit’s front
Meant to knead loads of dough weighing as much as 26 1⁄2 pounds, the Euodib LM30T mixer comes with a 30-quart bowl, which, along with its mixing head, must be removed using special tools. A safety guard lines the rim of the bowl, protecting users while the unit is in use. Designed as a floor model, the unit measures 28 7⁄10 inches long by 17 inches wide by 30 inches tall.
