Eurodib LM20T Description
Made of cast iron and painted to create an elegant look, the Eurodib LM20T dough kneader has a durable body meant to hold up through frequent use. Meant to sit on a floor, the unit measures 27 1⁄2 inches long by 15 inches wide by 30 inches tall and has a 20-quart capacity; despite this capacity, operators should only add 17 1⁄2 pounds of dough at a time. It comes with a bowl and dough hook, though special tools are required to remove these from the unit. To stop operators from having to constantly monitor the unit while in operation, it comes with a built-in timer.
The Eurodib LM20T dough mixer has a belt motor that powers its spiral mixing head, which rotates its dough hook around the bowl to push the dough toward the center while kneading it. At its max speed, it can spin at 185 rotations per minute. For the safety of the operator, it features a safety guard around the rim of the bowl in addition to an emergency stop switch.
