Eurodib BCB10US Description
The Eurodib BCB10US floor model blast chiller has a chilling capacity of 75 pounds and freezing capacity of 48 1⁄2 pounds. While chilling, it takes food from 149 degrees Fahrenheit to 37 degrees Fahrenheit, and while freezing, it takes product from the same starting temperature down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-contained refrigeration system cools with R404a refrigerant, and this unit is mounted on adjustable legs for elevation to a comfortable height.
With a stainless steel construction, the Eurodib BCB10US blast chiller is durable enough to withstand years of repeated use. The single section is accessed behind one door, and this section can hold (10) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. To ensure food is being held safely, a temperature probe monitors the cold level, and the unit has an automatic defrost feature that removes built-up ice.
