Eurodib BCB05US Description
This Eurodib BCB05US blast chiller has a compact size of 33 9⁄10 inches and fits under counters for simple access. The front is constructed with a solid hinged door, while the interior's 57-pound capacity allows users to stock the interior with up to five 18-inch by 26-inch pans (not included). Its reliable design is constructed of corrosion-resistant, sturdy stainless steel. The unit sits on stainless steel legs, enabling users to clean underneath.
The BCB05US undercounter chiller is powered with a self-contained refrigeration system. Chilling cycles are time-initiated using a probe pre-installed into the unit. The chilling holding range operates between 149 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit, while the freezing holding range operates between 149 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit cools with R404A refrigerant and has an automatic defrost system.
