The Libbey 911194801 Chef’s Selection™ Ovenware casserole dish (formerly known as Syracuse China 911194801) is made of fully vitrified porcelain that prevents it from absorbing stains, odors, and moisture from products. To resist scratches, the porcelain is coated with a hard glaze, and heat is distributed evenly since the base of the dish is left unglazed. It can withstand heat as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit. For simplified carrying, the Libbey 911194801 Chef’s Selection casserole dish has a side handle. Ideal for serving appetizers and individual portions of macaroni and cheese and other entrées, the dish has a 10-ounce capacity.
