Doyon BTL140H Description
The Doyon BTL140H planetary mixer has 20 speeds that can be adjusted without shutting off the unit. Recipes for common items can be programmed into the seven speed and time settings, while its touch screen controls make unit operation intuitive. The dough hook, whip, flat beater and 140-quart bowl are all made of stainless steel, while the unit itself has a steel frame with an enamel finish that facilitates cleaning.
An anti-vibration device reduces noise and movement, and the bowl locks into place to stay still during operation. The Doyon BTL140H planetary mixer has a heavy-duty motor with a slip-resistant belt and overload protection for mixing thick products. It has four stationary casters for transportation.
