Doyon BTF020 Description
The Doyon BTF020 planetary mixer has a stainless steel 20-quart bowl, dough hook, whip, and flat beater. Its steel frame has an enamel finish to expedite cleaning. This planetary mixer has digital controls and 20 speeds that can be adjusted during mixing, as well as seven programmable time and speed settings, which support mixing commonly used recipes. The heavy-duty motor has overload protection and a slip-resistant belt that mixes thick, heavy products.
