The BakeMax BMSM080 countertop spiral mixer is perfect for heavy doughs used in products such as pizza, pastries, and bagels. It has a dough capacity of 175 pounds and its bowl can hold 127 quarts. Both the spiral agitator and bowl are constructed of stainless steel for heavy-duty durability and corrosion resistance. With the dual-direction mixing technology, speed coordinates with the bowl's rotation, mixing ingredients downward to keep dough cool and achieve consistent results.
Powerful spiral mixing in this BakeMax BMSM080 spiral mixer increases its dough's volume and water absorption, creating a consistent texture. Because the mix time is controlled automatically by 30-minute timers, employees can work on other foods while the dough mixes. A safety guard ensures operator safety by preventing ingredients from flying out of the bowl. Mixing is only possible if the safety guard is in place. For convenient operation, the unit changes speed without shifting gears.
