Bakemax BMPM030 Description
Built with versatility in mind, the Bakemax BMPM030 countertop mixer is designed to mix bread dough, cake batter, and mashed vegetables. To facilitate operation, it ships with a stainless steel 30-quart bowl, as well as a dough hook, flat beater, and a wire whip. Additionally, its mixing head, mounted with ball bearings, features a No. 12 hub that is compatible with meat grinder and vegetable cutter attachments. Its body is made of metal and die cast aluminum, and the unit is designed to rest on countertops. It measures 24 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 51 inches high, and to retrieve its stainless steel bowl or switch out its attachment, it has a simple hand lift that also automatically shuts down the mixer while it's raised.
The Bakemax BMP030 dough mixer utilizes a planetary mixing design, meaning its mixing element circles the bowl evenly, thoroughly mixing all ingredients and pushing them towards the middle of the container. Its motor is completely gear driven, and its transmission utilizes hardened gears made of a steel alloy. It has three built-in mixing speeds capable of spinning around the bowl at 125, 232, and 423 RPMs respectively. These speeds can be set using the unit's control panel, which features an emergency shut off switch as well as a 15-minute manual timer.
