Bakemax BMPM007 Description
The Bakemax BMPM007 planetary mixer is a countertop unit that measures 181/10 inches wide by 132/5 inches deep by 201/2 inches tall and is constructed out of metal and die-cast to give its body a durable design. Additionally, all its shafts are mounted using ball bearings, while its motor is gear driven to prevent electronic failure. Meant for use with its included 7-quart stainless steel bowl, the unit comes with a hand lift to make removing and replacing the bowl simple. For versatility in the kitchen, it ships with hook, whip, and flat beater accessories.
With a transmission powered by hardened steel alloy gears, the Bakemax BMPM007 bakery mixer has five variable speeds to application in a variety of recipes. The speed of the unit is controlled by its soft plastic control panel, allowing the motor to spin between 100 and 500 RPMs. To ensure steady and even mixing during use, it uses a planetary mixing system that circulates the mixing head around the bowl, hitting it along the edges to ensure every bit is encapsulated.
