Operators can adjust this unit to account for dough ranging from 141/100 to 423/100 ounces. This semi-automatic unit features a manual motor start with built-in thermal overload protection to minimize the risk of damage, and to prevent machine downtime, it's permanently lubricated to protect its transmission.
For straightforward operation, the BakeMax BMBD030 dough divider rounder features a pressing lever, a moulding lever and plate, a power switch, and three rounding plates. Its separating blades are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, and because they're located in the machine's tilting head, they're simple to clean.
