For counter installation, the Advance Tabco DSG-15G-144 Sleek Shield™ food shield protects foods from outside elements with its 144-inch-wide front glass. Providing a direct view of foods and steam pans, the 3⁄8-inch-thick glass front is heat tempered to reduce the risk of breaking when exposed to hot air. This front glass panel locks into three different positions, such as a self-serve structure for buffet-style applications. With its Chamber Lock® mechanism, its front glass rotates in 15-degree intervals, so users can fully clean all sections, removing fingerprints and food messes. Its two side glass panels help protect food on three sides, while its top glass shelf holds as much as 100 pounds for extra storage space. Overall, it measures 144 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high.
