Frymaster FPRE317 Description
The Frymaster FPRE317 fryer battery helps users prepare large quantities of fried foods in three vats holding 50 pounds of fat each. These vats have an open-frypot design that keeps heating elements from touching oil to streamline the cleaning process. The small cold zones in the vats have cooler temperatures than the cooking zones, enabling sediment to gather without burning.
To further facilitate cleaning, the Frymaster FPRE317 electric fryer's cabinets, doors, and frypots are made of stainless steel and can be wiped clean. When hard-to-reach areas need cleaning, casters enable users to pull the unit away from the wall, and to keep the cost of oil replacement down, a built-in filtration system keeps oil clear of sediment.
