The Frymaster FPRE214 electric fryer has two oil vats, each with a 50-pound capacity, and because this unit is made with an open-pot design, cleanup is streamlined. It has an automatic melt cycle to prevent burns when cooking with solid shortening.
Made of resilient stainless steel, the frypot, cabinet sides, and door of the Frymaster FPRE214 commercial fryer are durable and corrosion resistant. The thermostat is mounted directly onto the elements, ensuring precise and accurate temperature readings on the user-friendly digital interface. To safeguard oil quality, sediment is collected by the forward-sloping bottom.
