Frymaster 4FQE30U Description
Great for cooking french fries, onion rings, and chicken, the Frymaster 4FQE30U electric deep fryer cart is equipped with four 30-pound frypots and a set of twin baskets for each of them. To reduce the risk of burns, the baskets remain in place with hangers and rack supports, preventing them from sliding into the vat. An automatic filter system uses an 8-GPM pump to keep the oil clean; when it must be replaced, built-in drains facilitate removal.
The Frymaster 4FQE30U commercial fryer is durable for high-volume use with stainless steel frypots, doors, and sides. An action thermostat reads an accurate temperature, helping to prevent undercooking or overcooking. SMART4U® technology ensures consistency by enabling users to program common recipes, and COOL mode reduces the amount of energy consumed during slow periods.
