Frymaster 3FQG30U Description
The Frymaster 3FQG30U commercial fryer can be switched into COOL mode during slow operating hours; this lowers the temperature to consume less energy. This deep fryer cart operates with an electronic ignition and generates 210,000 BTU in total. Various food types can be prepared at the same time using three 30-pound frypots. Product is held in twin baskets, which are secured in place with rack-type supports and basket holders. To verify food is cooked thoroughly, a 1-degree action thermostat provides an accurate readout.
Removing crumbs and sediment from its oil, the Frymaster 3FQG30U gas fryer features an automatic filter system, which uses a 4-GPM pump. To program frequently ordered recipes, SMART4U® technology is implemented into the control panel, enabling cook buttons and features to be adjusted. This unit's frypots, sides, and doors are made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel.
