Frymaster 11814E Description
The Frymaster 11814E floor fryer's door, cabinet sides, and frypot are made of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. To streamline cleaning further, it features an open-pot layout and a sloped bottom with a drain line, through which oil and sediment can be removed. With a 60-pound oil capacity, this unit measures 20 inches wide by 30 7⁄8 inches deep by 45 3⁄8 inches high.
Equipped with a rack-type basket support and a basket hanger, the Frymaster 11814E electric fryer comes with three twin baskets. It features self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating to heat efficiently and ensure a long service life. Ideal for chain operations, this unit is equipped with SMART4U® programmable controls for consistent product output.
