For cutting thin slices of meat, the Dexter Russell V140-12GE-PCP V-Lo® roast slicer features a 12-inch-long blade with a flat edge. Creating air pockets so meat slices don’t stick, oval indentions line the sides of the blade. Made of DEXSTEEL™—high-carbon, high-alloy steel—it won’t stain throughout use to maintain its initial appearance, and its rubber handle is comfortable to hold for a secure grip.
