Measuring 12 inches long, the Dexter Russell VS12PCP V-Lo® diamond knife sharpener's blade offers enough room for employees to hone their kitchen knives. It's useful for realigning blades without removing any of the knife's material, extending its life commercially. Made of polypropylene, the handle is durable for repeated use and textured to prevent it from sliding and causing injury. The blade is made of high-carbon steel that won't retain stains over many uses.
