It has a 4,000-pound capacity, ideal for frozen food, boxed ingredients, and rice or flour packages. It sits 12 inches off the floor, separating food from dirty surfaces to comply with health codes. With this design, operators don't have to lift heavy products very high off the ground. It has a high-tensile, extruded tube style, and its louvers create a path for air to circulate for temperature consistency and reduced moisture buildup. This rack's all-welded construction supports heavy-duty use while resisting corrosion.
