Cambro UPC800519 Description
This Cambro UPC800519 Ultra Camcart® insulated food carrier's seamless polyethylene construction defends against scratches, scrapes, rust, and dents to maintain its original look with high-volume use. Its front-loading, two-compartment layout accommodates full-size food pans with depths measuring 8, 6, 4, or 2 1⁄2 inches. Temperature-retaining polyurethane foam lines the interior while vent caps facilitate steam release to prevent food from getting soggy before it's served.
Granting full access to the interior for loading and unloading product, the Cambro UPC800519 food carrier's two doors swing out 270 degrees. Nylon latches close the doors securely, and airtight gaskets can prevent holding temperatures from rising or falling unexpectedly. This 20 1⁄21⁄8-inch-deep by 54-inch-high structure is furnished with two swivel casters and two rigid casters that facilitate movement and stabilization. Intended to be used in color-coded systems, it comes in green.
